How can I sign up?
Signing up with us is very simple. In fact, you can do it online from our rates section. You will only need your personal details and your CUPS to hand.
What is the CUPS and why does it matter?
In short, the CUPS code is the ID card of your supply point. Thanks to it, our distributors can pinpoint your supply point exactly in order to supply you with energy. It has 20 or 22 characters and takes the following format: ESXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
Do I have to arrange anything with my current supplier?
No. We will take care of all the paperwork for you.
Is there a lock-in period at Luzrural?
Our rates have no lock-in period. That said, once you know our service we think you will not want to switch.
Can I change my contracted power?
Yes. You can change your contracted power once a year from your private customer area at no cost.
Do I need to send meter readings?
In principle we do not need any readings. We might ask you for one in order to give you technical support of some kind, if necessary.
What should I do if there is a problem with my bill?
You can contact us free of charge at any time. From your private customer area you can always check all the options.
